I’m changing my review from a 1 star to a 5 star. My touch screen panel for my thermostat went out after just a few months, and not only did Royal Aire return my call the very next day but they also had somewhat out to fix it in less than 24 hours after it broke, no questions asked. On a Sunday no less. I went from deeply frustrated to pleasantly surprised. Fantastic customer service, and the technician, Nick, was extremely professional and friendly. Thank you for the quick fix.
